I am almost certain that with the right details for the credit card, the purchase would be successful and I could watch the said content. Ive yet to use the paypal one use credit card yet… I understand that works for buying content from other countries stores on the PSN)
I have to now retrace the 3 days worth of positive progress and write it up for those who are interested in doing it….. but no matter how conveluted it is I am just showing that it is possible and you dont have to wait untill 2009 to access any sort of video store on the PSN.
I would also guess this would work for an XBOX 360 owner with regional content issues.
