there's no brand, it's just a generic battery sold at several online retailers (like play-asia) ane on ebay, that's why i linked to it, so people can see what it looks like

Why dont people buy a new battery to use as the normal one and the one they have to use as the Pandora Battery? That's what I'm going to do. So it dont really matter what works and what doesnt, the original that comes with the PSP will work, so buy another one to use as a normal battery.
That one faceless said about is a nice price so I'll probably be getting one of those.

is this an original or a knock-off ? if this an original and it doesnt work then Sony might already made some steps to counter the jigkick+memory stick combo.

Some ppl would want te keep the "standard" battery for normal use, and buy a cheap one for the Pandora trick.

It could be a knock-off, I think so at least But I'm not sure, is there any way to check?

Same here, it looks very real. Only it's from Japan (it has japanese writing on the packaging and battery, not Chinese). On the back of the battery it says "made in Japan".
I wonder what the 0x26 error means.
*edit* Meh, I'll buy a cheap Datal one just to be sure. Does this one work?:
