Not quite PS2...
I was wondering if there was any program to run PSX games on the PC, not emulation, the actual game discs.

Its called Emulation.
Emulators such as ePSXe emulate the PS1 and can work for images or originals.
I prefer pSX, it just works better for me.
You will need a BIOS file, which I can't tell you where to get it due to the rules here.
Support developers and go buy brand new games.

You could also try PCSX. Many linux distros have that emulator in their repository, making it easy to install.
