Wiikey or Wiinja deluxe?
Are there any differences between the two? Does one have better compatibility with games?
Oh and I like the disable option of the Wiinja can this be done on the Wiikey?
Thanks

no disable option unless you install wiikey via serial port. Wiikey supports all drives and is more popular. Wiinja deluxe can be made via a simple pic. If i were you if you have the knowledge try wiifree or go for clone/real wiikey depending on budget.

Not by the public it can't, hex isn't available.
Wiinja has GC audiofix unlike Wiikey. All modchips are pretty similar. Wiinja isn't region free by default, you have to burn the region free disc and run it, not too difficult though.

WiiNja has better compatibility with GC games, WiiKey only plays about 70% of them. For Wii games, it makes no diff which you use.

you can always manually fix streaming audio games. back when the vipergc came out it had the same problem, someone made a program that fixed the games. those games can be used on the wii. works fine w/ all the gc games i have.

Have you tested it with Mario Baseball? I'd be interested in hearing more about this method.

Wiinja Deluxe, very little to choose between the chips, but much better customer support from wiinja imo.

wiinja deluxe is better. I owned two of them and i like the wiinja deluxe a lot more. Reason, the wiinja can be disable. Second, it worked 100 percent with gamecube audio. Third is very important, the wiinja updated worked with D2B chipset, the wiikey had problem with their update for this chipset.
And not every gamecube can be fixed with FSTFIX

the wiikey setup disc you mean, so this guy doesn't think you have to patch every iso you run the setup disc once to turn region free on @ the disc and done.

The wiikey worked fine currently. But the new update that supposed to come out(fixed gamecube audio) get delayed because of D2B chipset, it said it will messed it up.
The wiinja deluxe have a region enabler, with this you only need to updated once and it will stayed in the memory of the chip. You can then play most region games same thing like the wiikey.
