very strange problem

Hi everyone! First, sorry for my bad english... I have a very strange problem, I have try wiifree V1.51 and used it in more dans 20 Wii console without problem but one Wii console give me a weird problem. I explain... when I put the pic 12f629 with wiifree 1.51 or 2.20 or 2.21, I can read backup without problem for aproximatly 20 min. After that I can't run any backup. I have verify and reverify my solder connections many times and they are ok. After that I have found that if I disconnect the white cables on the dvd drive and reconnect it. I can read backup for 20 min again... Anyone have an idea?

This is a ntsc d2b console.

do you think it maybe overheating also have you tried a dif pic

yes I have try different pic and I dont think this is a overeat probleme because as soon as I unplug the white cable it become to work again..
