Question Are Wii backups optimized???

Or does the unscrambling already do this? I ask this because others including myself have noticed that the Wii drive is louder when it comes to reading backups. Xbox had a homebrew program called mooGUI and XDFS that was able to take the data layout of an original disc which you can use on backups in order to retain data read optimization as much as possible. So does anybody know if the Wii backups on the "scene" are already optimized like this? If not, I hope somebody out there can make a program like this to optimize load times on games like Red Steel and maybe even improve on random DRE's...

They work fine for me, no need to "optimize."

I'm also wondering about this, don't want my wii to die like all those chipped ps2's i've seen dying from the chip in the last 5 years.
