which mod chip to buy?

hello,

i am looking to buy a modchip. i was wondering on which is the best to buy? is one better than the other? ive looked into them but i cant seem to decide. having to install a switch for the clycowiz is leaning me away from it but if its the best chip to buy i may purchase it. thank you for your time.

The wiikey seems to be the best.

If you don't know your chip then go for the WiiKey.
Otherwise it doesn't really matter if you get Wiinja, Cyclowiz or Wiikey.

Eh, yes it does. If you have a D2B chipset and do not want to wire an extra switch, Wiinja and WiiKey are both ok. If you don't have D2B and don't mind wiring an extra switch or flashing the chip to get full functionality (same functionality as Wiinja and Wiikey) then you could also go for the Cyclowiz.

buy a wiikey, just make sure they are not clones and you are set.

Cyclowiz updates have bricked their own modchips so even updating you working cyclowiz can ruin your chip. just buy a wiikey. its no hassle. no dumb switch either.

where is a well known site that i can purchase a legit wiikey? anyone or any website service that i can be guranteed of having it installed and installed well?

got mine from eurasia great site to use I havent had any issues with them. Just received another 2 wiikeys from them today and they are legit. Goodluck..
