First Emu on the DS - TI Calc Emu Released!

Marking the first emulator release for the DS, TI Calc Emu is a TI-85 emulator which was ported from DOS to the DS. Makes use of the touch screen for input.

@ Deep Blade: Probably not yet, but I will check it out

If the Ti-83 is $100, the ti-85 must be more making it almost as much as a DS. Once this emulator is at full functionality, you could replace one of those $100 calcs for free! (granted you have a passme)

I'm not 100% sure on this and i know it doesnt make too much sense, but the Ti-85 is less expensive and less advanced than the now 85$ Ti-83+ because it has much less memory, lower resolution, less ram and lacks the oh so important apps key so many of you have grown accostomed to putting games on. This emu does sound cool none the less. how would i go about runnign this on my DS without a passme though. I do have an 802.11g wirless router and 3 compliant pc laptop cards as well as an XG flashcart. now if we could get a Ti-92 emulator for the nintendo DS that would be great, seeing as how that is the master of all calculators. Most of my AP classes wont even let me use the Ti-92 because its so damn advanced( too easy to cheat).

oh well. I guess i didn't know what I was talking about . I was just going with the theory that the higher numbers the better!

A TI-92 emulator would be great too, but this one is a great start. maybe one will come later

Does that sound like a calculator buff to you?

It's the first emulator on the DS, and it just happened to be a calc emu. Sure, I'd rather had it been an NES emu, but it's a nice start!

I only see 1 calculator buff in here and I thought it was funny as hell to read. You know who you are

I just noticed that they posted this on the front page. Look at the title and the description. Exactly the same as this post. and No, I did not copy it from there.
