Activision has released a fact sheet for the release of Spider Man 3 (DS platform) as well as a few new screenshots.

Based on the upcoming feature film from Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Columbia Pictures, Spider-Man 3 allows players to experience the actions of heroic red suit Spider-Man, and for the first time ever, his darker, more mysterious black suit persona. Set in a 3D side scrolling world and delivering complete touch screen handling, players must draw upon Spider-Man’s vast array of moves, attacks and upgrades as they choose their path and embark on a wide variety of city-based missions and multiple movie-based and original story arcs. Additionally, Spider-Man 3 for the Nintendo DS features local wireless multiplayer gameplay featuring with a variety of modes enabling awesome two-player head-to-head challenges like Brawler, Hot Potato, Target Practice, and Combo Challenge.

Can you guys decide on the MaxConsole content? What's the point of posting random press releases of games if MaxConsole does not in general even attempt to deal with all or most games out there? What makes spiderman DS (or any other title you've written about) special enough to write about it here but doesn't make hundreds of other games for all platforms you've never written a word for? In fact, what IS MaxConsole's content supposed to be? A mix match of news from other sources based on the personal preferences of whoever with access decides to actualy write something for the day? Try and plan some things out...

Are you sure that's for DS? The screenshot looks.............decent.

No it's a "3D side-scroller". And it is free-roam *yay*... I already made a thread about it under hot headlines, with screens, but it was before this came out... damn Zeus is stepping on my lines...
