NDS Env 2.2.5 released

A new version of NDS Env has been released.

In order to further simplify the process of setting up an environment for NDS development,
I've put together a simple setup file (or two).

This is currently in BETA! It will probably work, but who knows?!
This will only work on Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
Make sure you do NOT have DevkitARM or MSys already installed.
Do NOT use any spaces in the install directory name.

Version 2.x is a completely different installer from the previous version.
Make sure you uninstall any previous version before installing 2.0.

I tried this and very few projects will run on any emu.
