Lightbulb Mod Chips paked with triwing screwdriver?

Wouldn't it be nice, if the Wii chips were packed with a simple triwing screwdriver? We are already paying insane money for just a code in a chip, I think that they can spend an extra 2$ and give us also the necessary tools to use their product.

40 dollars for a chip is hardly expensive hell these are the cheapest 1st gen chips for a system. a triwing screwdriver goes for about 6 dollars and most shops allow you to choose to get it during checkout.
