Unscrambler v0.4 question

I've been testing unscrambler 0.4 and have been getting a 50/50 or so success rate. Some images unscramble ok and others stop with the error...

no seed found for recording frame 0.
time elapsed: 8.00 seconds.

Does that mean the image I have doesnt need to be unscrambled ? As when I get a good iso (after unscrambler has ran) and I run it again it gives the same error indicating that it doesnt need to be unscrambled again.

Can anyone confirm, have they seen this before ?

So not one person has used this program and has came across this error ? I smell shiteeeeeeee.
