Wiinja / CycloWiz install questions

Doing wire install of a cyclowiz but these questions would work for either, what time of Solder and what gauge wire is recommended, it has been a long while (PSX) since i installed a mod chip and was wondering what is used now, far as i can remember it was rosin flux core solder and 24 gauge wire, that still working for Wii mods?

Thanks in advance

That should work just fine. I use silver bearing rosin core (.022 dia.) myself, but that's just my preference. Either works great on PS2 and Xbox chips and should be the same for the Wii.

doesn't really matter. Solid wire is less flexable though.

It's just metal... it'll all work. It just depends on the thickness of the solder.

I'd use 30 gauge solid wire personally.
