WII backups and GC-Tool

I noticed an interesting detail. You can open the Red Steel iso from Paradox with GC-Tool. You won't be able to see the actual files but you can at least get some header informations like the name, serial, maker code and region of the game. The question here is: Would it be safe to assume(with the recent release of a backup tool for certain dvd drives) that a working backup is a backup that would display header informations in GC-Tool?

i dont know.
the only way to confirm this is to boot the backup, i guess...

Is there any tool to open wii images and look inside the data structure?

you prolly need an updates version of that

the last version is 1.20 Beta

and I don't think if you use this program you will be enabled to launch the game in your Wii
