Wiimote hacking

ok so i finally got my damn screwdriver to open the wiimote (seems like forever)

ROUND 1.

so after opening it, and looking around to see what others have done,

1st we added 1x 1206 in the "A" button

2nd to do something a lil new with the wiimote, we added a 0603 led under the speaker that lights up when the controller vibrates.

the video can be seen at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYVyY844cIc

ROUND 2 still to come ;-)

Someone has to ask , would you be willing to make a guide?

I get how to do it, i'm just not sure what you are connecting the LEDs that you add on, where are you getting the power from for the speaker light & the A button light?

i had several trial and error points and had to rig power to the pcb so i could test points but the vibrating led is a no brainer and the other leds goes to the top row of pins behine the IR window
Sry no tutorial. But i do local and mail-in installs, and have great feedback and refs ;-)
