Ps2mp3se 1.0

this is a new version of ps2mp3 with some new things coded by me and the graphic made by c0d3x, some thing are also from sincro.

it checks if there is a boot.elf into these directory:

if nothing found it will use exit(1) and return to browser
-bugfix: nowif you try to exit a song during pause it don't activate REPEAT ALL but disables repeat
-ported to ps2sdk 1.2 and updated all the irx to the latest available
-changed code to pad to work on ps2sdk 1.2
-now sjpcm isn't resetted anymore after playing a song. it's should work but i liked to test this for more time

for experienced users who like seeing at debug messages, strangely with the new ps2sdk i have problems with return to new line. actually is all correct but from when i changed ps2sdk 1.1 to 1.2 some text started don't going to new line, but the code is right.

another note HOST: is still UNCOMPLETE, it is always activated for the moment(the other pheripherals are deactivated if not present), and changing folders/view mode or using ps2link 1.24 can make the program to freeze so be carefull while using it (ps2link 1.23 highload version has less problems)

if you have problem with the above you can try this that should work without problems
