Generic Downgrader for 2.71
This downgrader lets a psp running firmware 2.71 and HEN C to downgrade to any version from 1.50-2.60, or even reflash the 2.71 version.
This downgrader is safer, faster, and a lot easier to use than the previous downgraders. It also makes a clean firmware install, since this time there is a format of flash0 (just like sce updaters do).
A firmware dump is not needed, only the eboot.pbp of an update.
Ta-082 users can downgrade to 2.70/2.60/2.50. TA-082 users, DO NOT downgrade below 2.50.

Just curious but if you don't have Hen c, and you are just using the undiluted platinum modchip can you still use this program as the modchip lets you run homebrew off a 2.71 firmware?

So can they then use your other downgraders to go all the way to 1.5,I'm just asking out of curiousity as I dont need it myself..

As I answered you in IRC I'll repeat it here for clarity.
No You still can't get a TA-082 to 1.50 using this method.

it is a downgrader for a TA-082, just not down to 1.5. lol
if ookm does start trying to softdown 2.50 again, then you can use this to get to 2.5 from 2.71- but i thought i heard that in order to use the softdown, you needed an original 2.5 .

Yes. It has to have had 2.50 originally installed on the motherboard. It doesn't matter if you upgrade or downgrader after that.
