gpSP 0.5 Compatibility List by me! - Updated (IST +5:30) 1:45 PM 25/8/06
Well... I just wanted to show that I’m really grateful to all the people who have helped on. I’ve been waiting for a chance to be a help, but I am inexperienced in the PSP scene
It’s taken me 5 hours, but I did it! It’s a compatibility list of GBA Roms with GameplaySP. I have lots of roms (110) but I have a download limit of 1 GB per month and max speeds of about 30 KBps, so I can’t download many more, so I request everyone to post details about any other GBA roms that you all have. Hope you guys appreciate it
NOTE: Most of the games I’ve got are renamed so I don’t know whether they are US or EUR, etc., but I do know that they are all either only English or multi language packs with English included
NOTE: Do not press the sound button (next to brightness) to mute the sound, it crashes most games for some reason
NOTE: Some games that are listed as slow in sound or gameplay work fine by using a bit of frameskip!

wow that's crazy. this is quite a feat for one person to test out this much game considering this beta release does not have a menu and you have to go home and start the emu again to test different roms. thanks for your work. you can also put all three castlevanias on GBA on the list as they all work perfectly with frameskip 1-2.

compatible games
Dogz (USA) full speed, soundquality poor
Tekken Advance (USA) works, runs very slow
Konami Krazy Racers works (almost) full speed, soundquality poor
you can play with the frameskip option and soundquality and gamespeed will go up, only tekken stays slow

Earthworm Jim - Full Speed - Sound Perfect
Gekido Advance: Kintaro's Revenge - Full Speed - Sound Perfect
Super Street Fighter II X - Full Speed, then Slightly laggy In-game, FS 1 makes it better, Sound Follows Suit with the Game
Metroid: Zero Mission - Full Speed, then slightly laggy in-game then crashes when you get the morph ball
Astro Boy: Omega Factor - Full Speed - Sound Perfect (in more enemy heavy levels, use FS1)
Wario Land 4 - Doesn't Start
Legacy of Goku II - Full Speed through cinematics then Crashes after you hit Start on Main Menu (Screen gets severely garbled then continues to go any further) - Sound Perfect Prior to Crash
I wanted to add that Metroid Fusion does crash (it crashes loading the cinematic taking the elevator up to the data room just before you get your Missile upgrade)

I request everyone to post both speed and sound( and frameskip if it improves it)
e.g:
glitch you posted zelda minish cap crashes after certain point(which onizka said can be fixed), but you did not post sound... Please post the sound and i can add it
jinqui242-
1by double dragon do u mean double dragon advance?(double dragon advance works full speed and perfect sound, i had put it in the original list ) - please clarify if it is a different game, then i will add it, cant seem to find any game like that...
2umm are legend of zelda link to the past and four swords one game.. . ( i think they are different names for eur and us version??). have added it as legend of zelda lttp also known as four swords.. please correct me if im wrong
thanks a lot guys. overwhelmed by the great response ive got!!
