im new to homebrew and a need a few answers about it

1.Is there a web browser for ps2? that uses homebrew?
2.can homebrew save on disks? (as in if i downloaded something can it run off disk)
3.is there a PS2 OS that uses homebrew that allows navigation to be easier?
4.would any of the above (if there is) run on AR MAX?

The best one is UnLaunch.Elf. You have a filebrowser and also an implemented FTP server.
