Pal2ntsc

i got hdloader does it do PAL2NTSC or do i need to patch them my self b4i play

I dunno about HDLoader but there's is a patch on black-cats

NTSCONV [pal2ntsc/ntsc2pal converter]

NTSCONV will take a ps2 game image stored in a .bin file and convert that image from
NTSC video mode to PAL video mode or vice versa.

command line is as follows.....

ntsconv -n somegame.bin

where -n can be either..
-n to change entire image to NTSC mode.
-p to change entire image to PAL Mode.

Source code is included in case someone spots an obvious improvement that can be made.

Sometimes when you patch it, your gonna need to fix the y-whatever, which keeps the screen from jumping up and down rapidly. This usually occurs when you run pal on ntsc machine
