how do you put game saves on the 360?

i need help putting game saves on my 360 with xsata can some one send me a tutoriel or sumthin???

You need to use xplorer360 or whatever its called and do a full dump of the hdd, add the game save to the directory structure and rewrite the whole image back to the hdd.

how do you do that i mean i have xplorere 360 and i just dont know how to dump it then add a game save to the structure directory thingy and idunno how to make a bak up.....i am a nooby lol
