WRONG

I asked Q's before i purchased my swap disc, usual will this work with my V8 ps2 with no mod chip or any modifications of any kind.

they said yes it will................erm no it didnt, it would boot the disc but not a back up game.

I then try it on my mates slim line and tried booting the same back up game and it booted.

I then read the back which really fucks my head up (might upload a image to prove it)

its says no modchip required, no voiding waranty

then further down

solderless modchip requiredly

well its not word perfect but it is something along the line.

So i simply decided to buy a chip.

Swap discs are ok for people who dont mind having to swap discs all the time, and having to find HEX based AR codes.

where as a chip runs just like the origional console.
