Transfer Saves Via Flashdrive?

is this possible? im trying to send the saves i downloaded to my 360 will this work this way?

sorry flashdrives can't be used at the present time to transfer saves.

so what can be used. why is everyone so shady about this. i saw one dumb person comment that the reason there werne't more cheats for 360 games is because that would make it unfair for ppl earning them.

first off most games it doesnt let you get the achievements if you use cheats like Saints Row. Second these are vid games, theres always been cheats.

thats the great thing about pc games. putting in the fly code and flying around the beautiful 3d environment of Far Cry back when it first came out on the pc and swopping down into the water.

360 is a pc. why are ppl so anit cheats and hung up on achievements and all secretive and shady about game saves etc.

every thread on this forum about a game has maybe one game save by one person and then at least one person asking how to transfer it and then just noone answering or giving some convuluted answer. noone is directed to info or tutorial about transfering game saves and noone ever explains it. Some say you can't use flash drives while on other threads when someone asks the person says well do you have a flash drive or psp?

just an example of contradicting info or non answers. i dont know when ppl became such prudes and goodie too shoes about game saves and cheats as if its this big taboo thing, ooooo.
