Ripping games the xtreme way

Just wondered if anyone can help. I cant rip Tomb Raider because i keep getting CRC errors. So, i need to rip it via the xtreme way, but i cant figure it out properly using the various tutorials.

After ripping the SS files, it says i have to put in the command:
FF 08 01 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 and set it to media at the bottom. (In DVDinfopro)

Ive done this(the drive makes no noise as it does when sending SS commands) and then you have to go to ISOBuster and click extract from/to - correct? (This is greyed out for me)

When i try to do this, my 360 drive in ISObuster says it has a BLANK DISK in, but in my computer it recognises a 360 disk.

Any help please, its doing my head in now.

when you have your 360 drive flash with the xtrm0800.bin and you used it under windows first off run dvdinfo and go to send commands to get the keys you type
in the 12 boxes the 4 commands when you type the first on all you have to do is hit send AD 00 FF 02 FD FF FE 00 08 00 01 C0 then change the 01 to 03 and do the same for 05 and 07 remember gotta hit send command everytime for each command.Ones you do go to the top icons on dvdinfo and click on the one that says save hexadecimals and thats your sskeys from game. to rip the game with iso buster after getting the key i usually eject the game and put it back in then reopen dvdinfo go to send commands change the cdb size from 12 to 4 and type in the command ff-08-01-01 send command close dvdinfo. open isobuster and make sure the xbox360drive is selected right click on the track1 cd icon choose extract from to on the choices type in the xbox360game lba 3567872 click on user data(2048) and hit start extraction and now you type iso name. if you have extracted your xbox 360 folder under iso builder put this iso in there and name it to game.iso and put the sskey made earlier and name it ss.bin run the batfile provided in the extreme package and wait for your new image to be created and then burn with cdclone i recommend burning at slow speeds but then again thats up to you.
