PS2 boot discs

I am new with ps2 hacks so could someone tell me which is the best boot disc for pal
ps2 (euro) to run games from back-up discs and hard drive?

What want you do?
Have you got a modchip in your ps2?
When yes which chips is installed?
Only to make a ftp connection you need one tool on a disc,but after transfering the tools you want you doesn´t need a disk anymore!
Best Chip for this is a chip with dev1 and/or dev2 mode like matrix,dms,or crystal chip!

I am ok i have buy swap magic 3.8 (coder) to run buck up's and programs from flash memory (usb).
I only have to open the ps2 slim and set a tape so the ps2 do not know when dvd tray is open. (the tools that do not require to open the ps2 slim because the sony has pute a small metal that block one tool to be put in...[i have bye my ps2 slim pal at 22 may])
