Uncharted 2 wins ELSPA silver sales award already

Uncharted 2 was released in Europe on October 16th and in just a short space of the itme, the title has managed t oscoop the ELSPA silver award. The previous Uncharted title got the Gold award for selling between 200-300k copies in the UK and it seems Uncharted 2 will match this success.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves was released across Europe on October 16th. In just a short period, the Playstation 3 exclusive game managed to sell quite well in the United Kingdom region.

With over 100,000 copies sold so far, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves was able to earn the Silver Sales Award from the ELSPA. The prequel, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, previously got the Gold Sales Award for selling between 200,000 and 300,000 copies in the United Kingdom. It looks like the sequel is well on its way to matching and surpassing the sucess of the original.
