The mystery surrounding Halo 3 Xbox 360 Release Date

Gameshout report "Halo 3 is coming to the Microsoft Xbox 360, and some retailers are already taking Halo3 pre-orders for Xbox360. What is interesting to note, we do not know when Halo 3 will be ready, nor do we know when it will ship".

There are two rumours floating around in the video game industry. One rumour is, Halo 3 is ready to ship in January 2006. The other rumour is, Halo 3 will be ready to ship during Sony's PlayStation 3 launch which will be in Spring 2006.

However, with the recent launch of the Xbox 360, there was (is) little
to get excited about in terms of new games, with only 18 games available on launch. 2006 will prove to be much better with the release of games such as the hugely anticipated Halo 3.

While some US retailers have started taking pre-orders for the new game, the Microsoft Halo 3 title are expected to break sales records of 250 million set by the 2004 blockbuster, Halo 2.

this game won't be released in january, possible when ps3 launches but i doubt it

This is pretty much a no brainer...

When I picked up my 360 at midnight on Nov. 22nd at Gamestop, they gave us an option to pre-order Halo 3 and Madden 2007
