Ten things I hate about the Xbox 360

David Carnoy of Cnet has created an article called 'Ten things I hate about the Xbox 360'.

1. Beige isn't the new black
2. No killer games at launch
3. Accessories cost a small fortune
4. The hard drive isn't big enough
5. Limited keyboard/mouse support at launch
6. No built-in Wi-Fi
7. Not enough USB ports, especially on the back
8. No HDMI or DVI connectivity

i'm surprised the fact that there are a lot of glitches hasn't made the list...but weak mouse/keyboard support did, as well as beige being a bad colour and not enough USB ports seems weird...

1. Beige isn't the new black

beige? wtf? the 360 is white.

2. No killer games at launch

PGR3 is killer enough. CoD2 easily owns most other FPS on the market as well.

3. Accessories cost a small fortune

eh.. n00b? which console accessories did NOT cost a small fortune? for one, there's a package with all the accessories you need available, with the wired controller actually being rather cheap, compared to i.e. the first xbox controller.

PS2 memcards cost 40 euro back at launch, for a measily 8 MB.

4. The hard drive isn't big enough

for what? you can pile up a ton of MP3s and demos on 20 gig, and you won't be filling that up with savegames ever.

I'll admit, alot of what that guy said was just general chit chat and preferences.

He is right about the launch titles, there is nothing unique or innovative to show off 360's venture into the next generation.

I agree about the Wi-Fi especially. You launch a console in this day and age without Wi-Fi, thats absurd. The PSP, DS, PS3, and Rev all have standard Wi-Fi. Honestly, who has an ethernet hook up in their living room anyway? Even worse is that they have the nerve to charge $100 USD for the adapter.
