Xbox 360's Recalled ?

Team Xecuter say they were just chatting to a manager freind of theirs at Best Buy and guess what he told them ? That they have just had a call from head office to take all 360's off the shelf as they have a "glitch" and that all shipments have been suspended until Februray 2006 ?

Edit: These rumours are of course being completely refuted. We also see that M$ are denying they are forcing a shortage and that they are shipping 360's every week. Tell that to most of our retail freinds who have been allocated 4 units for the entirity of the holiday season lol "

thats funny federal law states that if an item is recalled, the customers of the product themselves must be notified, not only the retails store, so until i get a letter from microsoft, im calling BS on this one

Aren't the acuall sellers the ones making the doe?
I bought 3 of em @ $600(CAD)each

1 went for $1800(US) and the other I sold to some guy for $2000(CAD)
the 3rd Obviously I kept

gee maybe if you would listen to MS and there press announcments, you would know that the weekly shipments will start after the launches, and with the japan launch still to happen, MS hasnt broken their word one bit.

i think hes trying to say that MS is also selling them on ebay, HA as if any of us will believe that one.

I thought the glitch mentioned was to do with the power supplies over heating and causing system lock ups?

Theres a lot of sellers on ebay marketing this item, which a huge financial gain.. a few good boys at MS sell them off the site and make a fortune. Just saying they are monopolizing the market for them and retailing through Ebay under aliases rather than through dept stores at MSRP.. It was more of a joke than anything but you never know. No taxes, duties, hell, the buyer even pays shipping!

Speaking of Ebay...did anyone see that one going for $1,000,000? He said it's unopened and that he would personally fly to wherever you are, dressed up as Santa Claus with an Elf following him, with the package unopened....so....who's got a spare $1,000,000 lying around?
