Problem With Independence Exploit

Okay so about a week ago I decided to softmod my ps2. I found the Independence Exploit on the web and tried it. I got the PSX game and ID, I made a Title.DB, and put it into the "Exploit" file. Along with the Title.DB I have uLaunch.ELF as "BOOT.ELF", COGSWAP.ELF, and some other files that came with the "Exploit" file I used. They include IPCONFIG.DAT, KL.DAT, PS2MAP.IRX, bg.gsi, history, history.old and icon.sys. I used PS2 save builder to make the file. I put it on my memory card through codebreaker. I made some "backups" and played them for a few days. I stopped for about three days, and then I started playing again. For the first few times the exploit worked, it loaded succesfully from the memory card. But after a while it just stopped, it won't load from the memory card at all, it would just load the disk, so I though that there was soemthing wrong with the file, so I deleted it and put it one the memory card again. Still nothing, I changed the memory card, put the file in it, and still nothing. I used a something other than uLaunch, I tried using keylaunch or something, and it still didn't work. I did the whole exploit file again from scracth....and still nothing.

So now I don't know what to do... did I do something wrong, or is my ps2 just messed up?

I had this same problem in the past (I now have FMCB installed), The way I fixed it was I formatted the memory card using codebreaker, and I used the ready made exploit installer found at sksapps.com, I just replaced the title.db with the one for the ps1 game I made.If you need any further help you can e-mail me at "allterranascende@aol(dot)com"
