copied xbox games in xbox 360?

i dont have the hard drive for my xbox 360 but when i put in a copy of a xbox 1 game in its seems to think it is a real xbox 1 game. it will say a hard drive is needed to run xbox games.

has any one tried this yet with a copy of halo or any other supported game on the 360?

it thinks its a real game til the driver on the hdd tells it that its not. putting in a copied unemulated game says this original disk is not a backwards compatible one, putting in a emulated disk with no drivers it tells you to download the update and after the update it tells you that it cannot play this disk.
