umd or iso ? cause i am planning to buy this game .... would be a real shame if it really needs 2.00

Umd dont work with 1.50 dont know about iso
Update: the umd defo wont run on 1.50 even with using a version changer

i dumped it on to a 2gb sony stick and and have tried it with Fastloader.V0.7 no joy. also UMD Emulator V0.8C no joy either

have not tried with the devhook or hookboot what ever it is called have never used it so wouldnt know what to do ..

winning eleven as same problem with other loader and with devhook its run without problem

i have a rental umd disc from my local independant video rental shop

the game cannot be played neither from umd nor from iso...
i have used devhook ,umd emu 0.8c (all settings) and fastloader 0.7.
also umd emu+devhook will not work.

I tried to rebuild Pro Evol using Infected PRXes (apparently Infected has 2 versions of these, one for 2.0 and on for 1.5) but this doesn't work. I guess it doesn't know how to read and decrypt them. Anyway...

has anyone tried replacing the pro evo 0text.afs with the WE9 one? Maybe this is where all the jap menu text is held so maybe even WE9 + english menus and updated rosters in english is possible?

Wold try it but have to go and buy the game first.

Anyone try that? Im gonna go buy it from game when it comes out in uk. might call them today...

i try this : replace the j_text.afs by f_text.afs (french version), for thaht i rename the french file exactly like the japan file .... result : it doesnt work ... black screen with all loader. pehaps i miss something ...

boot.bin is a dummy file... i have hexedited the file and is empty, 0000 0000 file.
It seems a boot protection not a prx problem. The .prx are the same of we9

if you all remember, didn't Winning Eleven 9 JAP have problems at first? how did we get around that?
