Quick fix, noticed that you couldn't do multiple Gif videos before, now videos will save as video1.gif, video2.gif etc..
Instructions:

The instructions are simple, put the included seplugins folder on the root of your memory card, then enable the plugins and start taking screenshots and Gif videos.

This is a fix to the previously released version. A guide on how to speed up Gif video taking will be made.

PSP 1.5 got on USA first day is was 1.5 till Xmas 2006 now 4.01 M33 -> 5.00 M33-6(1.50 addon)
It a good idea to have " Hide extensions for known file types" in Folder Options(under Tool) unchecked (turn on extensions)
