Tekken 2 Running on PSXP - Unofficial PSX Emulator For PSP

The developers of PSXP - an unofficial PSX emulator for the PSP have sent along two new screenshots of their emulator in action, running Tekken 2 on the PSP. Tekken reportedly runs at 10FPS without dynarec and improvements are being made constantly!

But I was hoping for a video. I wish someone would code a GBA-Emulator with dynamic recompilation.

Looks nice , but the picture is sorta fuzzy , whats that say on top of the life bar on the second pic ? Insert coin ? ... i cant remember , does Tekken2 for psx said insert coin too ? just checking cool~~ cant wait for this to be release

Yeah, PSX Tekken 2 does say insert coin if a second controller isn't inserted.

Hopefully if d£vhook is still going we will be able to emulate the firmware with the official emulator with 100% compatibility

we need FFVII on the psp.....surely it cant be that power hungry (not asmuch as tekken)..that would be awsome

Hah, thats funny.... FFVII would DEFINATELY be slower than Tekken...

surely not..? i mean wasnt all the backdrops in FFVII 2d, and i dont think there was too much detail on the characters, everything else is just TXT..so it should be about the same kind of frame rate. though im guessing this may be a hard one.....so i retract my last statement

no, probably not ..

I am sure it had insert coin, its like a conversion from arcade to console, i am sure i had it, cannot find my old tekken ps1 disc
