Rumor: Xbox 360 Arcade $200 with $100 gift card at Wal-Mart

As of Saturday, it will be possible to pick up an Xbox 360 Arcade from Wal-Mart for $200 complete with a $100 gift code. But the offer is set to expire after 2 days so you must be quick!

From CAG and Fatwallet - runs through 11/13, apparently. Not a bad deal at all if you want to trade up to a jasper... which is what I'm thinking of doing.

Yea its a 48 hour sale...they also have a Shard 40" lcd for under $500. Nice deals. Im even thinking of upgrading my launch 360...for basically $100 why not?

If only that LCD was 1080p, 4ms, 120Hz I would be jumping all over it. I really wanted a 32" or under for my bedroom, but for that price I'll jump on a 42".

I'm tempted to get a 360, but I just can't convince myself, since I would really be buying it for Tales Of Vesperia basically.... haven't hear anything about the ps3 port in ages.

Each to his own I guess, I've found enough good games on all the platforms to waste $100 on any of them. The way I see it someone can get the console, a new game and a year of live for $200....quite a deal imho.

By no means am I saying it's a bad deal, but if I have about 20 ps3 games that I haven't even begun to play, and I have a few more that I will buy after I get done with them, then just complicating my situation by getting yet another console is nothing more than a waste of money. Besides, I'm not too bothered if I don't get to play 3 or 4 games that I wanted to... even if i did have as much time as I used to I still wouldn't be able to enjoy them all.

Yeah this is pretty good, if it blows up in a year or two I can handle that... So I may pick one of these up this weekend.

Hehe I wasnt trying to put you down...you just have better self control than I do. I have a stack around that big myself...Just this last weekend I finally opened up Batman Arkham Asylum and still have 7 others unopened (Valkaria, Infamous and a bunch of clearance games) for my PS3, then I have a stack of 360 games the biggest being Borderlands and Forza waiting to be opened and played too. Wife sometimes hates my habit...but I just remind her I could be out drinking.

Exactly right about the wife thing, same thing I tell my girl. Oh and I'm also waiting on Valkyria.... God I want to play that game, but I gotta get done with MGS first... I'm almost done though, but after that I'm hitting Folklore first.

ill check this out... it seems the best way to get one of these deals is to go the night before the deals are out to check if consoles are stock. but before doin, be sure to check online the stocks which store has them in stock. it seems there are two stores on my area that have them in stock. other five store listed have them with limited stock.

i really need this one badly. i want a spare 360 if ever my 360 right now gets rrod and send to ms for repair. i dont wanna any hassle waiting for even two days.(idc if it will only take 2-3 days for ms to send a repair one and reach my door. time is gold and everyone wants gold) good luck for others who are looking forward to this deal.

Oh it's only @ the retail stores? I thought you could get it online too. Not a fan of going to stores when there's crazy specials; I'm way too mellow for the frantic masses.

you could do it online too, but its out of stock. idk if they made that status "out of stock" for now and activate later in the morning. anyhow, ill check the site in the morning if its available online. ill probably order online if its stock.
