just sounds like a button mapping problem,
some games will use different buttons like changing weapon maybe one button on COD4 will maybe different on killzone 2,best thing to do is put it into default mode (f12) & then play your game in default settings & log down what each button does when you then this will be easier to map the buttons up to your prefered settings,you have the instructions for the smart frag that shows you what keys you can use on the keyboard

Hey, I'm facing the same mouse movement problem you had with the SmartJoy Frag, were you able to fix it? I know it was years ago, but.. I can't find any other reference in the internet.
