MS no plans to develop 'Halo Wars' for PC

Rumors suggested that Halo Wars was coming to PC and that there would be support for cross-platform play between the Xbox 360 and PC versions. However MS has said they have no plans to develop Halo Wars for Windows Vista at this time. The reason for this is that the game is being developed from the bottom up for the Xbox 360.

Would you believe Micdrocrap? What about the 360 RROD lie? What about the Bungie/Microcrap split? They lied saying it wasn't true, then a month later they admitted it. I'm willing to make a bet. I'll bet they announce that they will come out with a Halo Wars game for the PC with six months. Now let's see what happens. :confused:

lets pretend we are all retarded and have to think about this for 1 second. 2 of the 3 halo games have already made it to PC. granted, they are horribly delayed from the xbox release, but they have made it. we are still way too close to expect to see the 3rd of the trilogy make a PC release, so its still possible to see all of the current 3 halos on the PC. add in the fact that many of the other microsoft/xbox games have made it to PC such as jade empire, shadowrun, fable and gears of war. now why are we expected to believe this? because they havent started coding it for the PC yet? i say that there is no less than an 80% chance that halo wars will see a PC release; and i feel im being generous on that estimate. 90% would be more accurate.

Have you just been introduced to business practices? Every company lies, because truth just doesnt cut it in competitive business.
Examples:
Sony:
"Rumble was last gen" "We couldnt include rumble and motion" "there is no price cut coming"
Nintendo:
"The ds is a third system not meant to replace the gba"(while it sorta was, the company focused on ds because they didnt need to care about gba) "Smash brothers will be out dec 3"
So on and so forth i know not very good lies from nintendo, but thats besides the point business isnt so much about lieing as it is about masking the truth for what is better for business. Halo wars Im sure will make it to pc at some point but is it a year or more? If so why would microsoft even say that, they want this to be a big game.

I dont think there is any doubt that this will be out for PC a year or so down the line. Nothing is sacred on the 360 as far as MS and money are concerned.
