ETool and EToolSMS (EEPROM tool for SRAM use)

Made a program to backup EEPROM to your SRAM, ETool is just to copy/restore a single save per SRAM and EToolSMS has multi slots to copy/restore saves (6x64k or 5x64k+1x2mbit and 8x4k).

note: there is no check to see that you booted this software from the flashcart, so you can potentially overwrite commercial GBA saves, be warned! :p

- ETool has a PC side app that can be used to extract any save type for use with SuperCard or G6 directly as one of their save files ;)

I keep forgetting to update here:

EToolSMS 1.07 is out now, bunch of key fixes, cleaner interface, now checks for PassMe (thanks once again SATA!) and writes the ETool header to a safe location.
