I've been reading some tutorial on 1up about using wifime with flashme on a EFA card : http://dsflasher-club.1up.com/

i've got everything working with wifime as i can send e3 demos. But i can't seem to flash the file "flashme.nds.gba" on my EFA Linker 256mb card. I format the card, uncheck use loader and add the flasme.nds.gba rom. Then i click Write Rom. it does some erasing, writing and when finished it shows me that there are NO files on the cart, the rom list is empty! (it is also empty i tried with wifime).

The flashme.nds comes from http://ds.gcdev.com/dsfirmware/flashme.nds (i added the .gba)

So does anyone know what i am doing wrong here?

okay, i fixed some of my problems.

I downloaded flashme.nds and just renamed it myself to flashme.nds.gba, and tried to flash that.. doesn't work. For those running into the same problem, get the ndsloader.bin and jump into dos and combine the flash and ndsloader using : copy /b ndsloader.bin + flashme.nds flashme.nds.gba and flash that to your EFA card and uncheck the loader (format your card first).

now copy wifime.zip into the wmb\data directory (don't unzip it) and start it in dos (start -> run -> cmd.exe) with : "wmb -data wifime" then start the DS and choose "DS download play", accept the download and flashme should start. If you don't know dos try googling a tutorial as you will need to know how to navigate to the proper directory (CD command eg)

Now make sure you have the hole under the battery lid open, stick something in there (i used a screwdriver) and the progress should run from 0% - 100%. Make sure you firmly push it down, as it didn't work for me at first until i really made sure it made contact. As it didn't work at first, i turned of my NDS as it was still at 0%. After grabbing some small metalic objects (screwdriver) i finally got it working.

My NDS is PAL launch btw

Thanks for this info...I searched everywhere and could not figure out how to convert that flashme file. Now it's done and I don't need the passme anymore.

Thanks again!
