Equipment required for backing up games

Newbie here. I've been reading everything about M3 and G6, and I'm really interested in getting one of these devices. However, I see very little information about backing up my own games. Neoflash comes with a linker to backup GBA games (does it have a DS slot too?), but everybody is saying the M3 or G6 are the way to go. The G6 looks like it may have linker or bridge type connections based on the pictures at their web site, but I'm not sure. Am I missing a piece of the puzzle here?

As far as I know.. there is no way to backup your own DS games. You have to download them off of the net. =(

There are 2 dumpers at this point, one for the GBA movie player 2 (CF) and one for the NeoFlash 512 cart.... see here for more info:

OK, so at this point, is Neoflash as reviewed at http://gameboy-advance.net/nintendo_ds/neo-flash/neoflash-review.htm the way to go? I'm getting really confused by all the similarly named products. And I still can't tell what the advantages of the M3 or the G6 are over something like this Neoflash.

OK, but can I backup my GBA games with either of these? It looks like maybe I can with G6.
