No, but now the Wii is hacked, there IS a possibility that this can be used in games. The only problem being, you'd need a set of IR glasses (not too hard to make) & two wiimotes (one to 'track' you, & one for the controls).

Not exactly pick up & play. It is theoretically possible though, I'll give you that much.
