getting FATX error in explorer 360. plz help

hi, i have the datel transfer kit and a 64mb mem card. i installed the drivers the popped up when i plugged in the memory card, they installed fine. i made a backup of the memory card with the included software. now in xplorer 360, when i try to open the memory card i get a FATX error. when i open the image it doens't give me any error, but nothing happens. all i want to do is move my created wrestlers to my friends 360, or get the themes and gamer pics i had on another profile/hd to work on my new 360. thanks

i did search, and that didn't help at all, i already had those drivers installed by windows finding them, but for fun i uninstalled them and used the ones in the zip (which were identical) and i'm still having the same issue, even tried diff versions of xplorer360, not sure exactly what is wrong or what i have to do. kind of pointless buying this kit when i can't even use it:<
