to be honest.. it's a bit worrying.. if you still have a non-d2c console i'd go for cyclowiz they seem to be alive n kickin!
(i have a wiikey, which works perfectly, but still who knows ;) )

oh arnt wiikey safe? i did have a cyclo in it but when i tryed to install the switch i pulled 1 of the pads off what the switch went to so thats out the window i need a chip what can be updated without a switch

oh right is there any other way of installing a cyclowiz switch then if 1 of my pads have been pulled off

Get yourself a wiinja deluxe there so much better than the wiikeys never any problems with swaping & changing hex edited firmware disc's! easy install one disc to set up you dont even have to set any region setting the config disc dos it all for you load the disc in the winnja resets the console thats it smg works evey time doesent matter what firmware the wii has 2.1 2.2 3.0 3.1 :) I used to install wiikey all the time

i never thought of a wiinja are they any gd any other peeps opinions?
and do they get updates sometimes unluck the wiikey what brings like 1 out then runs away?
and can u update them with just a dvd no switch?

p.s. i only wana play wii backups for my wii region and is it hard 2 install?

update by dvd. plays all games smg no problems' 5 wire install 1 8 7 6 5 (3 reset switch)

To reset the chip just hold power button & reset switch for 10 seconds :)

cant u update the wiinja chip if you dont have the rest switch in
