Help ISO Game back up just blackscreens?

Hi I am trying to back up an ISO game (TRAUMA CENTRE NEW BLOOD) I am using imgburn and I have changed the ISO to PAL from NTSC and burn at 4 speed but although the game shows on the WII menu when I press start it just blackscreens and locks up. I have the Wii key installed. Can anyone help me. Thanks.

you back up an iso game? as in you downloaded it and don't own it then want to burn it and it doesn't work?
you don't have to ever change the region btw. the wiikey can do that for you if you enable region override.

trauma new blood wont work on pal you will have to wait for a pal release.you can do this that and the other and it still will not work so do yourself a favor and forget about it.

as i said, if it doesn't work without patching, it won't work with. (usually)

You could always try like Manias had said to enable region override. Also if you have games from other regions you may use WiiBrickBlocker to override the update function on the backup disc itself. You can run it against the ISO you created from the disc you had purchased from another region.
