need help please

i have a wii with serial LAH 12777*** and ive treid the wii tracker but its says the serial is not vaild has anyone else got one with a fitted chip or would no what chip it would take as thinking of fitting a wiikey but want to know if these can be done first the console is pal and brought at christmas
any help would be great

If its new its a d2c.

so that means i cant fit the wiikey then ?
also if the legs are cut how do i get round this
does the d2c fit all the latest wii ?

thanks for the pics and help 1 more thing on the chip ive notice a jp1 jp2 do these have to be soldierd on aswell or is it optional and is their a region overide on these :)
