Never used it myself... but I don't see why it wouldn't work with a Wii.
All it does is add a port for the yellow/red/white cable (dunno the actual name for it). Technically you could probably connect anything from a game system to a dvd player.

Yeah I use my Wii with it - however please note it is NOT supported under vista. I managed to get it working eventually - went into one of the subdirectories on the CD and ran the install program directly as admin - vista found both the drivers but complained about them not being trusted - installed anyway - rebooted and worked fine.
