Flash Carts?

Ive got my wifi pci card all set up ready to wifime some homebrew stuff, ive got all the needed software to flash my NDS but where can i gte a GBA flash cart from to get the job done?
have looked all over and cant seem to find just the carts.

you need a cart and whatever method to write to it. Check out Divineo or KickTrading.ca to see 2 retailers that I personally have dealt with and know to be good.

cheapmode.com / .net are uk based. I've used them for years and never ever had a problem.

so which is the best to get?
and reading posts and info on here i dont think i really need to have the wifime set up, all i want to run is emulators, mainly the snes one, so what exactly do i need to be able to run the snes emu ?
