You will need the firmware too. Do a search here as I have already explained this to someone else.

You don't really need the firmware unless you plan on using the super card without the passme adapter. I have yet to use the firmware with mine and all is working fine just make sure your "roms" are smaller in size than 512 as of right now the supercard can't handle those games. just go to gbatemp.net and look at the release list it tells you the size of the game. Other than that just load the games into the program you just downloaded and then copy the files to the SD card and all should be good.

Some 512 games do work. Check my compatibility list - i'm only about 30 odd games into it and already have found one that works :-)
As for the flashing, when mine first arrived it still had the old f/w on it which caused blank screens on the DS when i booted up - a quick flash of the f/w sorted it.

thanks guys i expeted this was what i had to do was just that the supercard site is laggy massive atm
1 more question though its takes sooooo long to copy to the SD card and iv tried both of my usb 2.0 card readers and its not as if its a cheap sd card its like a kingston
is this normal because it patches it on the fly ? or is something wrong ?

If you convert (patch) directly to the SD card it takes forever. I convert to a temp directory on my hard drive then copy over to the SD card (using the card slots on my Epson R300 printer)

Yes it can :-)
Go to www.xe.com for currency conversion.....
Is that Euro? If it is, that seems like a good deal, but if that's GBP, ew. Can someone post what that actually cost them in USD?

Yes, that is in GBP, you get a supercard and a superpass (passme).
Well then, that's not really that cheap. That's about what it costs everywhere if not more.

who said anything about it being cheap? If you know of someone in the UK selling cheaper please do tell :-)

Well I believe he just said right there, "cheap". And he's in the USA, so that makes buying from the UK worse because of currency exchange and shipping costs probably.

kicktrading.ca is fairly inexpensive (shipping isnt all that high and a SD writer is only 5$ extra)
