Hi, I'm new to PSPs, and have been searching the internet (and these forums among others) for weeks to try and find new, relevant information. The thing is, that much information seems to be out of date, and the newish stuff is generally vague for anyone new to the scene, and presumes you already have knowledge of what to do.
Homebrew information is quite easy to find. But I wanted to know about games. As PSPs are notorious for their battery consumption, i find the idea of putting the games on flash memory quite appealing, but have some questions and concerns first.
I was hoping someone here could answer some questions with the newest of new information for people in my situation. Many thanks.
1. You can play games from the memory stick right? (ripped yourself?)
2. Do all/most games on the memory stick need a umd in the drive?
3. Does running games on the memory stick decrease power consumption (or does the umd drive still spin without a disc inside?)
4. Is it possible now to have multiple playable games (of your choice) on the one memory stick?
5. What is the newest and most popular loader at the moment?
That's it for me, I really appreciate any comment. Hopefully this helps more people than just me.
