View Full Version : Memor32 @ memento FW does not boot games

hello everyone

i have a memor32 with the memento 1.2e fw on it
when i put the mem card and the patched game into the ps2 and let the ps2 start it doesnīt boot the game O.o

it apears only a black screen without the memento screen
when i boot to dev mode i can see the memento screen but than nothing

i have a fat PAL SCPH 30004 V3 console

i also try the fw 1.1 and 1.0 but its the same ? the games works with swap magic but with memento nothings happend

please help me

I guessing your PS2 is freezing up for the games. Turn the PS2 off from the switch in the back. Hit Reset.
For the Dev support. The elf files must be named BOOT.ELF BOOT2.ELF and so on..with all caps. and be in a folder labeled BOOT with caps also
Use fw 1.1 until you get it to work.

what elf files ?
i dont have one

i flash the mem card with the memento firmware en then the games must work
it is in the faq so they must work -.-



and yes i have the game patched

The games i tested whit was persona3(usa) and tekken 5(usa) those do work.There are some games tough that don't work yet whit momento.Try to look in some forum whit games are suported and witch arn't,mebay you just tested whit the wrong games.

i have testet about 12 games

final fantasy12 , kingdom hearts , kingdom hearts 2 and many more
but everything donīt work

tried to format the card in the PS2, then reflash it?

i have testet all firmwares
first deleted the card with the memor32 savegame manager
then formatted in the ps2
then card flasshed with the firmware

but it donīt work

Report your ps2 model number to the memento team so they can fix it in the next firmware update.

to use thew DEV support you need to find .elf files
They a programs that can run on the PS2
like HDloader or a SNES emulator
